How billing works
AB Genius billing is handled through Shopify.
When you upgrade to Pro, you'll be redirected to Shopify's billing confirmation page. Once confirmed, the upgrade is instant — no waiting, no manual activation.
Your Pro subscription is billed monthly through your Shopify account, just like any other Shopify app charge. It appears on your regular Shopify invoice.
How to upgrade
Open AB Genius in your Shopify admin.
Go to Settings → Billing.
You'll see your current plan and the available upgrade options.
Click Upgrade to Pro (or "Get Started" if you're on the Free plan).
Confirm on the Shopify billing page.
Your Pro features are available immediately.
How to downgrade
If you want to move from Pro back to the Free plan, go to Settings → Billing and select the Free plan option.
Your existing experiments will remain in the system, but you'll be limited to the Free plan restrictions (1 of each test type, no targeting, no scheduling).
Alternatively, you can manage your AB Genius subscription directly through your Shopify admin under Apps → AB Genius.
