Is there a free trial of Pro?
The Free plan itself serves as your way to evaluate the platform. It gives you access to the core testing capabilities so you can see the value before upgrading.
Will I lose my data if I downgrade?
No. Your experiment data, results, and history are retained regardless of your plan. You'll still be able to view past experiments and their results.
Can multiple team members access AB Genius?
Yes. Anyone with admin access to your Shopify store can access AB Genius. There are no per-seat limits on either plan.
I was charged but my plan didn't upgrade — what do I do?
This is rare, but if it happens, contact our support team immediately at info@abgenius.io. Do not attempt to upgrade again until the issue is resolved.
